Shipping Methods

Pearlusia partners with reliable logistics carriers to ensure that your items arrive on time. We select the most appropriate shipping method based on the weight and destination of your order.

Our carriers include: 4PX, Yun Express, and FEDEX.

  • Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped from multiple locations, and items may arrive separately. No additional shipping charges will be incurred.
  • Combined Shipping: Shipping costs (if applicable) will be spread across multiple packages.

Shipping Restrictions and Additional Notes

  • No PO/BO Boxes or Military Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • Import Duties, VAT, and Handling Fees: Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges depend on the regulations of your country.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: To qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the minimum required after discounts and promotions.
  • Shipping to Selected Countries: Shipping is currently available only to selected countries. If you are unable to place an order, please contact us at support@pearlusia.com.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: The delivery times listed above are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, etc. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships. However, please note that some orders, especially those with free shipping, may not have immediate tracking updates.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available”?

  • Tracking Update Delays: For some carriers, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
  • Separate Shipments: Sometimes, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons, even if combined shipping was selected.

Package Delivery Issues

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Please verify your shipping address to ensure it is correct.
  2. Check your delivery area carefully for hidden spots where the package may have been left.
  3. Ask neighbors or anyone in your household if they received the package.
  4. Allow 1-2 extra days. In rare cases, the order may be marked as delivered before it arrives.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Pearlusia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating and tracking the package. If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply. Returned packages marked as "Return to Sender" will incur extra shipping charges.

Order Adjustment & Cancellation

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make adjustments or cancel your order, please send your request to support@pearlusia.com immediately. Please note that sending an email does not guarantee that your adjustment or cancellation will be processed. We will respond promptly to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders placed more than 24 hours ago cannot be canceled.
