How to Claim Your Warranty:
Reach out to our customer service team via our website or email at support@pearlusia@com. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will promptly respond with a solution.
Once we receive your jewelry, our professional team will inspect and repair it as needed. All repairs are free of charge, and we will keep you updated on the progress.
We have a 30 day return policy on non-custom jewelry.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in their original packaging (including tags, boxes and bags)
- Any individual items in a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit and/or exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
The following items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Custom jewelry, including jewelry with engraved or personalized elements
- Gift cards
- Final sale merchandise
Return shipping charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return fees incurred when returning an item will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Once your package is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your email address. Please make sure to check your junk mail folder as well.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects such as broken chains, damaged clasps, or loose stones. We will repair or replace any jewelry that experiences these issues.
