  • All Pearlusia jewelry is made from natural freshwater pearls, fine metals (like 925 silver, 18K gold, etc.), and precious gemstones (such as diamonds, sapphires, and rubies).
  • All custom Pearlusia pieces, including engraving, name personalization, birthstones, and flower motifs.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear & Tear
    Over time, pearls and other materials may naturally show signs of wear, such as slight oxidation or scratches. These are not covered under warranty.

  • Accidental Damage
    Damages resulting from improper use, such as dropping, pulling, or mishandling, are not covered.

  • Lost or Stolen Jewelry
    Pearlusia does not provide compensation for lost or stolen jewelry. We recommend insuring your jewelry against loss.

  • Third-Party Repairs
    Jewelry that has been modified or repaired by someone other than an authorized Pearlusia technician will void the warranty.
